FAQ

Does this generator create toppers, numbers or text?

No. The generator is intentionally focused on the reusable physical display pieces. Toppers, numbers, names and other themed decorations can be created separately.

Is the decorative cake base solid?

No. It is hollow with an open underside and a closed top, which reduces filament use compared with a solid cylinder.

Why are the pieces downloaded separately?

Separate STL files make it easier to print the cake base, stand and trim in different colors, sizes or quantities.

How is the cake stand assembled?

The stand is divided into a top plate and a pedestal base so both parts can print without the large unsupported overhang. The pedestal has a locating boss and central pin that fit into the underside of the plate to keep the pieces centered while gluing.

What is the scalloped decoration?

It is a flat continuous ring with a repeated wavy outer edge. It gives a decorative finish without copying a specific topper, logo or themed design.
