Why are the sizes predefined?
The first version uses 10 mm increments to keep the printable thread geometry within a controlled range.
Do I need to configure the thread?
No. Thread pitch, depth, wall thickness and clearance are fixed automatically.
What kind of thread is used?
The generator uses a coarse rounded single-start thread designed specifically for FDM 3D printing.
How should the parts be printed?
Print the container upright on its bottom and the lid with its open side on the build plate.
What sizes are available?
Internal diameter is available from 40 to 100 mm and internal height from 20 to 100 mm, both in 10 mm increments.
