What is the ring width?

The ring width is half the difference between the outer and inner diameters. The generator checks that enough material remains around the center hole.

Is the STL ready for printing?

Yes. The model is exported flat, centered and placed on the virtual print bed.

Can I create a very thin washer?

You can enter small dimensions, but the practical minimum depends on your nozzle, material, layer height and printer calibration.
