ケーブルとクリップ

ケーブル直径（mm）はめ合いクリアランス（mm）クリップ内でケーブルが圧迫されないよう、ケーブル直径に加える余裕です。クリップ壁厚（mm）クリップ幅（mm）印刷されたクリップの前後方向の厚さです。開口幅（mm）開口を狭くするとケーブルを強く保持できますが、材料にはより高い柔軟性が必要です。

どの材料が適していますか？

PETG is generally more suitable for clips that must flex repeatedly. PLA can work for gentle snap fits, but narrow openings and thick walls may cause it to crack.

Start with an opening around 70% to 85% of the fitted cable diameter. Increase it for rigid materials or cables that should be removed frequently.

The STL is exported with the flat base on the print bed and the cable openings facing upward. This normally avoids support material.
